This website, untappedpotentialtcg.co.za, is run by Untapped Potential. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Untapped Potential. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with any other policies or notices linked on our site.
These Terms apply to everyone who visits our site, including browsers, customers, and vendors. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
Any new features or tools added to our store will also follow these Terms. We may update or change these Terms at any time by posting changes here. If you continue using our site after updates, you accept the new Terms.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for us to sell our trading card game products and services.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, the legal age of majority in South Africa. You may also allow minor dependents to use the site under your supervision.
You may not use our products for anything illegal, and you may not violate intellectual property rights (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering).
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of our services or content without our written permission.
Headings in these Terms are for convenience only.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to keep information accurate, but we are not responsible if details are outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Card conditions, names, and sets are provided in good faith but should not be relied on exclusively.
SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices for products may change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Some items are limited in quantity and may only be available online.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Images are representative, but product colours may vary by screen.
We may limit sales quantities or restrict sales for high-demand products.
SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse or cancel any order, especially limited or high-demand items.
You must provide accurate and current details (billing, shipping, and contact information).
If details are incorrect and cause delays or failed deliveries, we are not liable.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via card payments processed through Stitch Express and EFT (where selected at checkout).
Payment Confirmation:

Card payments (Stitch Express): An order is considered paid once payment is successfully authorized/confirmed through Stitch Express and reflected as paid/processing in our store system. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged by the payment provider, the order may be cancelled and stock may not be reserved.

EFT: Orders paid via EFT may only be processed once cleared funds reflect and/or proof of payment has been verified (where applicable). Stock for EFT orders may not be held indefinitely and may be released if payment is not received within a reasonable time.
Fraud Prevention / Verification: We reserve the right to request additional verification for certain orders (including high-value orders) to prevent fraud and protect customers. If verification is not provided, we may cancel and refund the order.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party courier or integration tools, which are used at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Links on our site may lead to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us feedback, ideas, or submissions, we may use them without obligation to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our policies, form the complete agreement between you and us.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be handled in Johannesburg, South Africa.
SECTION 19 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship exclusively via PostNet within South Africa.
Customers may choose PostNet Counter-to-Counter (branch collection) or PostNet Door-to-Door (where available).
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed to PostNet, responsibility for loss, delay, or damage transfers to the courier. Customers must direct claims to PostNet using tracking details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details (branch, address, contact number). We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery for incorrect or damaged items.
Photographic evidence of damage is required before a refund or replacement will be approved.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/promotional materials.
Refunds are processed only once the return is received and inspected.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Card payments: Refunded to the same card via Stitch Express (bank processing times may vary).

EFT: Refunded via EFT to the payer’s bank account details supplied (verification may be required for fraud prevention).
