This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience for our trading card game (TCG) customers in South Africa. By placing an order on untappedpotentialtcg.co.za, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two reliable shipping options within South Africa:

  • Pudo Locker-to-Locker:
    • Cost: R60 (flat rate for orders under 2kg, including VAT).
    • Delivery Time: 1-4 business days from dispatch.
    • Details: Your order is delivered to a Pudo locker of your choice (e.g., Cresta). You must collect within 36 hours of notification, or the parcel may be sent to a Pudo depot with no refund for non-collection.
  • PostNet:
    • Cost: R109 (flat rate for counter-to-counter, under 1kg, including VAT; door-to-door may incur additional charges).
    • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days from dispatch.
    • Details: Choose counter-to-counter (collect at a PostNet branch, e.g., Linden) or door-to-door delivery. Specify your preference at checkout or in your proof of payment (POP) email.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, as required by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Order Processing

  1. Order Placement: After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with EFT payment instructions. Payments must be made to our Nedbank account using your name and order number as the reference (e.g., “John Smith #1001”).
  2. Proof of Payment (POP): Email your POP to untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line (e.g., “John Smith #1001”). Include your chosen courier and location (e.g., “Pudo Cresta” or “PostNet Linden, counter-to-counter”) and, for Pudo, your details (email, phone number, full name, surname).
  3. Dispatch: Once we verify your payment (1-2 business days), we package and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, subject to stock availability.
  4. Tracking: You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order at:

Delivery Timelines

  • Total Delivery Time: 2-6 business days from payment confirmation (1-2 days processing + 1-4 days courier delivery).
  • Delays: We aim to meet these timelines but are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). We’ll keep you informed of any delays.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Provide a correct shipping address, contact details, and courier preference (e.g., “Pudo Cresta” or “PostNet Linden”) at checkout or in your POP email. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
  • Collection: For Pudo, collect within 36 hours of notification. For PostNet counter-to-counter, collect within a reasonable time as per PostNet’s policy. Non-collection may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of without refund.
  • Payment Reference: Use your name and order number (e.g., “John Smith #1001”) as the EFT reference to ensure we can match your payment to your order.

Tracking and Support

  • A tracking number is provided in the Shipping Confirmation email.
  • For issues (e.g., lost or delayed parcels), contact us at untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll assist in coordinating with the courier.

Liability and Limitations

  • Courier Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to Pudo or PostNet, responsibility for loss, damage, or delay transfers to the courier. We recommend contacting the courier directly for claims, using the provided tracking number.
  • Packaging: We package all items securely (e.g., bubble mailers for TCG products). However, we are not liable for damage during transit caused by the courier.
  • Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered due to our error (e.g., incorrect dispatch), we’ll resend or refund the order per CPA Section 19. If non-delivery is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) or courier issues, we’ll assist but are not liable.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.

Refunds and Returns

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Per CPA Section 56, you may return damaged or incorrect items within 6 months for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Contact us at untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com to arrange.
  • Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered due to our fault, you may request a refund or reshipment per CPA Section 19.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
