Thank you for shopping at Untapped Potential TCG! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience for our trading card game (TCG) customers in South Africa. By placing an order on untappedpotentialtcg.co.za, you agree to the terms below.


Shipping Method and Costs

We currently ship exclusively via PostNet within South Africa:

  • PostNet Counter-to-Counter

    • Cost: R120 (flat rate for parcels under 1kg, including VAT and packaging).

    • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from dispatch.

    • Details: Your order will be delivered to the PostNet branch of your choice for collection. Please specify the preferred branch in your Proof of Payment (POP) email

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


Order Processing

  • Order Placement: After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with EFT payment instructions. Payments must be made to our Nedbank account using your name and order number as the reference (e.g., John Smith #1001).

  • Proof of Payment (POP): Email your POP to untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line (e.g., John Smith #1001). Please also include your chosen PostNet branch for collection or indicate if you require door-to-door delivery.

  • Dispatch: Once we verify your payment (1–2 business days), your order will be packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a PostNet tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel at postnet.co.za.


Delivery Timelines

  • Total Delivery Time: 2–6 business days from payment confirmation (1–2 days processing + 2–4 days courier delivery).

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). We will keep you informed of any delays.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide the correct shipping address, contact number, and chosen PostNet branch at checkout or in your POP email. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

  • Collection: For counter-to-counter shipping, parcels must be collected within a reasonable time as per PostNet’s policy. Non-collection may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of without refund.

  • Payment Reference: Always use your name and order number (e.g., John Smith #1001) as the EFT reference to ensure we can match your payment to your order.


Tracking and Support

  • A PostNet tracking number will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation email.

  • For issues (e.g., lost or delayed parcels), contact us at untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll assist in coordinating with PostNet where possible.


Liability and Limitations

  • Courier Responsibility: Once your order has been handed over to PostNet, responsibility for loss, damage, or delay transfers to the courier. Customers must direct claims to PostNet using the tracking details provided.

  • Packaging: We package all items securely (e.g., bubble mailers for TCG products). However, we are not liable for damage caused by the courier during transit.

  • Non-Delivery: If non-delivery is due to our error (e.g., incorrect dispatch), we will resend or refund your order. If non-delivery results from customer error (e.g., incorrect address) or courier issues, we will assist but are not liable.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.


Refunds and Returns

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If items are incorrect or damaged, they may be returned within 7 days for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required before any refund or replacement is approved. Contact us at untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com to arrange.

  • Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered due to our fault, you may request a refund or reshipment.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
