Thank you for shopping at Untapped Potential TCG! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience for our trading card game (TCG) customers in South Africa. By placing an order on untappedpotentialtcg.co.za, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently ship within South Africa using the following couriers/methods (availability may depend on your location and what is selected at checkout):
PostNet

Options: Counter-to-Counter (branch collection) and Door-to-Door (where available).

Cost & Delivery Time: Displayed at checkout based on your selection.
PUDO (Pickup/Drop-off)

Options: Locker / pickup point delivery (where available).

Cost & Delivery Time: Displayed at checkout based on your selection.
Courier Guy (Coming Soon)

We may add Courier Guy as an additional shipping option in future. If/when enabled, the available services, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Processing
Order Placement: After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email.
Payment Methods: We accept:

Card payments processed via Stitch Express, and/or
-
EFT (where selected at checkout)
Payment Confirmation & Processing:

Card payments (Stitch Express): Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed through Stitch Express and reflected in our store as paid/processing. No POP is required for card payments.

EFT: Payments must be made using your name and order number as the reference. Orders are processed once cleared funds reflect and/or proof of payment has been verified (where applicable).
Proof of Payment (POP) — EFT only:
Email your POP to untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
Dispatch:
Once payment is confirmed (card) or verified (EFT), your order will be packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines vary by courier/service and destination and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to courier networks, incorrect address details, peak periods, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, severe weather). We will assist where possible and keep you informed.
Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide the correct shipping address, contact number, and (where applicable) the correct pickup point/branch/locker selection. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Collection: If your selected method requires collection (PostNet branch or PUDO locker/point), parcels must be collected within the courier’s allowed timeframe. Non-collection may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of without refund.
Liability and Limitations
Courier Responsibility: Once your order has been handed over to the courier (PostNet/PUDO/Courier Guy when available), responsibility for loss, damage, or delay transfers to the courier. Customers may be required to submit claims to the courier using the tracking details provided. We will assist where possible.
Packaging: We package all items securely. However, we are not liable for damage caused by the courier during transit.
Non-Delivery: If non-delivery is due to our error (e.g., incorrect dispatch), we will resend or refund your order. If non-delivery results from customer error (e.g., incorrect address) or courier issues, we will assist but are not liable.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control.
Refunds and Returns
Damaged or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Photographic evidence is required before any refund or replacement is approved. Contact us at untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com to arrange.
