Shipping and Returns

For issues with deliveries (e.g., via PUDO, PostNet, or The Courier Guy when available) or to start a return within our 7-day policy, please email us with:

  • Your selected delivery method / pickup point / branch (if applicable)

  • A clear description of the issue
