How to Order

Welcome to Untapped Potential TCG! Follow these simple steps to place your order for trading card games (TCGs) and have them delivered anywhere in South Africa via PostNet. For any questions, contact us at untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com.

Step 1: Shop and Add Items to Your Cart

  • Browse our selection of TCG products at untappedpotentialtcg.co.za.

  • Add your desired items (e.g., Pokémon Booster Pack, MTG Singles) to your cart.

  • Click Checkout when you’re ready to place your order.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

  • Contact Information: Provide your email address so you can receive order and tracking updates.

  • Shipping Address: Enter a valid South African address.

  • Shipping Method: Select PostNet as your delivery option:

    • PostNet Counter-to-Counter: R120 flat rate (under 1kg, including packaging).

    • PostNet Door-to-Door: Available on request; additional charges may apply depending on location.

  • Payment Method: Select Bank Deposit (EFT) at checkout and submit your order.

Step 3: Make Your EFT Payment

After placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number (e.g., #1001) and payment instructions.

Make an EFT payment to:

  • Account Holder: Untapped Potential (PTY) LTD

  • Bank: Nedbank

  • Account Number: 1322909539

  • Branch Code: 198765

  • Reference: Use your name and order number (e.g., John Smith #1001)

💡 You can also scan the QR code provided in your Order Confirmation email to view our banking details directly.

Step 4: Send Proof of Payment (POP)

Email your proof of payment (e.g., bank transfer receipt) to untappedpotentialtcg@gmail.com.

In your email, include:

  • Your order number (e.g., John Smith #1001).

  • Your chosen PostNet branch for counter-to-counter delivery, OR your physical address for door-to-door (if available).

Step 5: Receive Your Order

  • Once we verify your payment (within 1–2 business days), your order will be packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your PostNet tracking number.

  • Track your order at postnet.co.za.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 2–6 business days (processing + courier).

Tips for a Smooth Order

  • Double-check your shipping details and contact number to avoid delays.

  • Always use the correct payment reference (name + order number) when making your EFT.
